Anglian Accents normally perform at 8 – 10 sing outs a year within reasonable driving distance of
Barton Mills. What’s a sing out? It is when we come and sing out to you.
A booking request can be made through the “Contact Us” page then it will be considered by the
whole chorus so it is not always possible to give an immediate answer. When making a booking
request please include details of the proposed venue, and if available changing facilities, car parking and toilets.
Weekend sing outs are usually the most convenient time as some of the chorus travel a considerable distance.
We perform a wide range of music and our concert programmes are designed to reflect this. The
programme may include music from sacred and popular genres and would include ballads to up-
tempo songs in four-part harmony. However, the programme can be tailored to your event.
Publicity is the responsibility of the host but we will be happy to help by providing photographs etc.
and the event will be added to our website on the “Events Page”.
Our Current Repertoire
Our repertoire is diverse and is always growing. This ensures high quality entertainment at events
and functions time and time again. For more about our repertoire visit out “About Us” Page.
Costs and Fees
The fee for a sing out is subject to negotiation and is dependent on the programme agreed for your event.
Weddings and Other Functions
Anglian Accents would be happy to add a musical touch to weddings, celebrations or corporate
events and we have experience of singing in a range of venues from chapels and churches through to large function rooms and community centres.
For a wedding for example, we propose you select two or three songs from our selection of spiritual music and/ or the popular genre (depending on the setting of your wedding) which could be performed during the signing of the register. Our extensive repertoire includes:
What a Wonderful World The Lord’s Prayer
Groovy Kind of Love Dream a Little Dream of Me
Heart of my Heart
Or we would be happy to sing at your reception for as long as you would like.
However, if you have a favourite song you'd like to hear, just ask, there's a chance it will be in our
repertoire. For further information please contact us via the “Contact Us” page.
